This is a great masterclass for all you gin lovers out there! You’ll explore the botanicals that give each gin it’s unique flavour profile and learn a few things along the way.

This is a great The Gin tasting experience will start after you have been welcomed by our expert, you’ll learn the origins & history of this wonderful spirit, including an insight into the distilling process. You will taste 5 different special gins, while being guided through the tasting notes, botanicals & subtleties of gin. All this is complimented by some tasty snacks and a lovely range of tonics.

an option to add a meal from our Academy Menu. Finish off by choosing your favourite gin and enjoying a large, perfectly served G&T -let the fun be-GIN! Runs 2 to 3 times per week.

You’ll be shown to your table in the brewpub, pre-set with your Gin Tasting Sheet, garnishes and bottles of Fever Tree tonics. After the introductions you will be given an overview of the history of distilling and various styles of gin.

Then you will move on to the treat of gin tasting from 5 different styles, accompanied by some snacks. You can record your tasting notes and preferences like a pro, You can then choose your favourite, and order that in a large measure with your choice of meal from the Academy Menu.
